We’re looking for a full-time Assistant to join the Tax OR Audit department. Our client is large international company with many possibilies for professional development. If you have at least 1 year experience on administrative position, active English (B2,C1), and intermediate knowledge of Excel, you could be the right candidate for this position.

Job description:
Support in the day-to-day work of assigned managers
Business administration and correspondence
Monitoring, updating and booking assigned manager's agenda
Communication with clients by phone or in person
Preparation of business proposals
Responsibility for internal databases
Coordination with other departments of the Company(Finance, HR, Audit, IT, etc.)
Communication with other offices in the world

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Previous experience on a similar position (assistant, office manager...) is a must (min. 1 year)
Knowledge of tax or finance area is NOT necessary
Fluent English
Business correspondence
Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Microsoft Office (Lotus Notes) - advantage
