Job description, responsibilities and duties
For our client, well known international company, one of leaders in the field of car leasing, we are looking for candidate with fluent English and advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Prepare customer reports (fleet reviews, ad hoc reports) and discuss them with the Account Manager to be able to prepare customer tailored solution
• Assist with projects as needed based on customers‘requirements
• Support of controlling team - preparation of monthly activity indicators
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company rules and guidlines
• Responsible for complaint management, preparation of complaint reports
• Prepare supplier analyses and discuss them with the Head of Operations/Head of Procurement
