For the well-known, stable international company, one of the leaders in finance field, we are looking for experienced and representative candidate with sense of detail.
You will be part of team of 4-5 assistants.
Duties and responsibilities:
- administrative and organizational support for managers
- recording and distributing mail, invoices and other documents
- correspondence and communication with clients, scheduling meetings
- administration and supervision of compliance with the terms of members of management
- preparation of monthly and annual statistics
- reporting preparation to management
- communication with other departments and foreign branches (in English)
- communication with authorities, suppliers and institutions
