Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your role:

• To participate in development of the Slovak branch of the Company, which is established in Bratislava, including local business strategy and pricing for all company services (IT Contracting, body-shop, consulting...).
• To participate in re-defining commercial targets for the branch.
• To develop and enhance a new and existing portfolio of client´s relationships in Slovakia with commercial responsibility for business results.
• To co-ordinate effective resources utilization within the branch.
• To create and develop the local team of recruiters and to manage them in terms of following all company standards.
• Comprehensive HR services including IT Recruitment and other services (advertising vacancies and researching potential candidates, identifying candidates, and approaching them, interviewing candidates and evaluating their professional competencies against required ones).
• Account managements and clients and candidates communication on a daily basis.
• Participation in HR and IT projects.
• Participating in Strategic Consulting, Outsourcing and other company services.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

We require professional and managerial competencies:

• At least 5 years work experience and 3 years of experience as a Senior Sales Manager/Team Leader, Branch Manager or Country Manager
• Excellent sales, interview and management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Slovak labor and IT market.
• Excellent networking skills.
• Very good skills in the customer relationship management.
• Excellent self and task management, communication and presentation skills.

Other requirements:

• Self-starter.
• Highly credible person with excellent communication skills.
• Advanced English in both, written & spoken communication
• Highly customer and result oriented, business-minded personality, self-confident, dynamic, self-motivator, trustworthy, “can-do” approach, stress resistant, fast learner.
