Job description, responsibilities and duties
For our client, automotive company based in Senec, we are looking for junior candidate for 30h/weekly contract.
- Administrative data processing of newcomers
- Issuing all employment related documents (employment contracts, amendments, offer letters, confirmations
etc.)
- Preparation of payroll inputs
- Attendance system administration
- HR Reporting: issuing monthly reports, supporting larger HR initiatives by consolidating data and ad hoc
reporting, developing, maintaining and continuously improving reporting processes of HR
- Acting as point of contact in payroll related matters to the employees
- Organisation of recruitment and selection including advertising and short listing applicants
- Other HR related tasks stimulated by direct manager
