Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

HR administration:
• Prepare documents related to working employments, activities with starting and ending employments, Maintaining the employees’ files
• Support for all employees relating to their employment, income, tax - annual settlement of taxes
• Administration of Occupational Health Care and language education
• Responsible for maintaining the Organization Structure and the HR Applications
• Responsibility for completeness and correctness data in SAP (HR module)
• Supports employees during the main HR processes
• Support in the area of training and recruitment

Compensation and benefits:
• Responsible for payroll activities - Payroll is timely and accurate; Contact person for payroll outsourcing supplier: monthly data preparation and transfer to the supplier = providing input for salaries and getting output for payout in Bayer SK
• Administration of benefits for employees – Pension insurance, Life insurance; Meal vouchers – calculating, invoicing, splitting to the cost centres
• Responsible for data maintenance regarding Compensation & Benefits and personnel administration in SAP

HR reporting and controlling
• Prepares the personnel cost report, budget, forecast Personal Costs calculation, cost estimation
• Cares of correctness and timeliness of miscellaneous reports to the company’s organisational units and to external institutions
• Makes provisions for bonuses (cooperation in that respect with the controllers of particular departments) and holidays
• Reviews personnel costs, payroll costs
• Task connected with recruitment, announcement of the vacancies, first selection and candidate’s screenings
• Front office contact person for managers and employees, answer standard HR questions

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Middle education or University degree
• Min. 5 years experience in HR area (payrolls, compensation, HR controlling.)
• Very good English (written and spoken)
• Good user knowledge of MS Office
• Analytical thinking and accuracy
• Customer focused attitude
• Trusted personality, loyalty
