Field Service Engineer´s Manager

For our client – international company- we are looking for a Project Coordinator who will lead and coordinate Field Service Engineers in the area of Europe, Africa, Russia, CIS-countries and India

Responsibilities:
- Leadership of 12 employees (Field Service Engineers).
- Organises and coordinates Field Service Engineers as agreed upon with customers and takes care for all trip related issues.
- Sends the proper service documentation to the customer or partner in order to schedule, prepare and plan the service activity.
- Checks work reports and expenses claims and is responsible that the necessary site reports are being archived into our database.
- Plans and schedules the service and maintenance activities across the area or responsibility and synchronize
with other service centers and partners
- Trains FSE's regarding administrative processes
- Actively helps to optimize adminstrative processes
