Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our client, strong international company, we are seeking for candidate with this responsibilities:

- Daily monitoring of credit limits according to the relevant version of the company´s guideline;
- Daily fraud detection of all cards and timely actions;
- Administration and processing of inbound queries;
- Help with various department activities;
- Responsibility for minimization of risks via credit insurance
- Registration/Deregistration of customers
- Handling of cancellations
- Adjustment of credit volume if necessary
- Handling of compulsory registration
- Further handling of customer locks/unlocks
- Handling of payments in instalments, payment differences and write offs
- Handling of block list, blocked cards;
- Handling of differences in credit insurance;
- Handling of customer deletion requests
- Initial of collection activities, further communication with the collection agencies
- Preparation of documentation for further legal activities, communication with legal department
- Administrational activities (e.g. clarification of undeliverable invoices, dunning letters)
