- Gathering of functional and technical requirements;
- Clarification of functional and technical requirements;
- Analysis, design and implementation of changes in Siebel application according to customer´s specifications;
- Preparation and continuous update of all required documents;
- Contribution to a high-performing motivated workgroup

Personality requirements and skills

- Basic knowledge of Siebel application ( or other CRM, e.g. AMDOCS Clarify, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of CRM processes (Order Management, SFA, Call Center, Campaigns, Reporting …)
- At least 1-year work experience in IT
- SQL ( PL/SQL is advantage )
- Any programming language knowledge is a PLUS ( Java is a PLUS )
- Experience with IT operational processes would be a PLUS

- German knowledge is a PLUS
