Great opportunity for graduates-application engineer - emea position-based on Prague

As a part of EMEA (Europe Middle-East and Africa) Application Team the application engineer will handle with technical expertise application requests and design-in consultations for EMEA customers . Main targeted applications segments are industrial, appliance and lighting segments.
Typical day by day activity:
application reviews (most suitable part number proposals, schematics, PCB layout etc.) for new designs
solving problems in running production at customer locations (failing components, failing EMC tests, etc.)
develop demoboards on Triacs and SCR, including analog and digital control circuits
presentations, seminars and trainings to promote Triac / Thyristors / AC switches

We require from you:
• Education in Electrical engineering
• Knowledge of analog and power electronics
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English language, Czech/Slovak language-fluent knowledge is a MUST
• Flexibility to handle multiple customers at the same time
• Openness to travel inside EMEA by plane and car
An advantage if you have:
• Experience with power devices
• Practice in PCB schematics & layout design
• Experience with EMC
• Basic knowledge of French language
