Senior Hyperion Consultant - EPM

For our client, international company with a good reputation, we are seeking for candidate for position Support APO Analyst.

- The job holder will have responsibility for ensuring that issues arising with the functioning and performance of the FiT system are resolved in a timely manner.
- The incumbent is responsible for co-ordinating and liaising between end users and the support teams, both internal and external, to deliver resolutions to issues.
- They are the key point of contact for users based in the Europe time zone but will also support the broader, global user base, picking up on-going issues as part of a follow-the-sun support model.
- Together with the broader FiT support team, the incumbent maintains and supports the application support tools, processes and procedures in order to ensure the delivery of efficient, reliable and cost-effective services to IS and the FiT user community on a worldwide basis.
- The incumbent will play a key role in identifying underlying issues which are candidates for enhancement work.
