SAP APO Analyst

For our client, international company in Bratislava, we are looking for candidate for position: Support APO analyst.

• Report directly into the relevant Support Manager.
• Co-ordinate the APO support team activities which are typically performed by the external partner’s remote, off-shore support teams.
• Act as point of escalation for any APO support issues.
• Jointly perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) on all Severity 1-3 incidents and prepare the relevant supporting reports.
• Apply ITIL best practice in the area of service/support management.
• Participate in the relevant service management review meetings, representing their functional area of responsibility.
• Work in conjunction with the relevant functional business process owners on EDGE-related initiatives.
• Ensure that all SLAs are met. Also where strategic partners are involved in the overall support process, ensure that they too are complying with SLAs.
