Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Member of a team focused on FSI advisory services in the area of risk modeling and financial reporting (mainly in the area of IFRS9, IAS39)
• Introduction of our services to clients and proposal preparation
• Delivery of advisory projects (IFRS IT systems implementation, design and implementation of risk management systems in the banks and financial institutions, development and validation of risk models – mainly credit risk models)
• Support of the audit teams in the area of design and implementation of controls in the area of risk management and IFRS (loan loss provisioning models, financial instruments valuation, EIR, etc.)
• Participation on internal and external trainings

As a Senior Consultant of FSI advisory team you will participate on various projects in cooperation with consulting and audit teams focusing on financial reporting and risk management at financial institutions.
You will become a part of a small team focused on market eminence in the field of FSI advisory in the area of financial reporting and risk management.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Mathematics/Statistics, Economics or Finance

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

SQL - Advanced

Number of years of experience

Personality requirements and skills

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience at risk management department of bank, internal or external audit, regulatory bodies or similar
• Knowledge of IFRS (IAS39 and IFRS9) is a strong advantage
• Programming skills (SQL, SAS, R, etc.) are strong advantage
• Interest in regulation and risk management
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Business acumen / innovation drive / goal oriented
