Senior Legal Associate

- Preparation of legal opinions for clients, drafting and reviewing documents
- Participation in complex transactions, work on interesting projects
- Analyzing - client legal issues focused on Commercial law, M&A, Labour law, Financial law, Civil law, Corporate
- Ability to diversify and look for opportunities in other fields of law such as IP, IT law, pharma or alike
- Ability to undertake responsibility for entrusted tasks and to lead the more junior colleagues
- Identify new opportunities and build relationships with professionals and clients
- Build visibility of legal team and close working relationships internally and externally
