Plant controller (m/f)

We are looking for candidate with either junior experience in financial controlling or senior experience in management accounting.

Financial reporting / Management reporting in line with annual reporting of mother company

* Daily cash reporting; update of cash forecast each two weeks
* Weekly sales reporting
* Monthly business forecast (TCF Outlook)
* Month end reporting in Hyperion (monthly management accounts)
* Update of strategic planning once a year (for a period of three years)
* Budgeting of revenues and all cost lines once a year for the following year
* Set-up of Openplan and Plan (year end forecast on the basis of September numbers)
* Set-up of Finance 1 reporting and reconciliation of year end reporting with accounting (manacc to finance I).

Accounting

* Accounting, drafting and submitting annual financial statements and all required extraordinary statements in line with the rules and legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, in line with the directives of EC/EU and in line with mother company Accounting Manual.
* Drafting annual / monthly statistical summaries in line with the rules and legal regulations of the Slovak Republic. Monthly summaries for the NBS and monthly INTRASTAT reports.
* Following local registration requirements.
* Securing preparation and submission of income tax returns in cooperation with tax advisor and arranging other tax matters (such as VAT, property tax and withholding tax). Support of tax audit by financial authorities.
* Preparation and submission of VAT return.
* Draft internal accounting directives.
