Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing a customer service team currently comprising of 6 customer care representatives and 1 logistics specialist
Through coaching, training and establishing new practices and procedures, you will continually find ways to improve the company's overall customer experience
You will continue to develop a stable and enthusiastic working environment within your team.
The main areas of responsibility for you and your team are: General customer support calls, handling claims and complaints, order taking and shipping
As part of the continuous improvement of the department, you will set and monitor effective KPIs for your team and also seek ways to improve the flow of work through the department
The Customer service manager is a key part of the company's overall management team, reporting directly to the general manager.
The company has clear plans to move into new territories and you will play a major part in the planning and establishment of these expansions, working closely with the general manager and marketing manager.
As a senior manager for the Prague office, you will also be responsible for general office facilities management.

Our client is a very successful Danish E commerce company, offering tailor made products to customers in Scandinavia, Germany, the Czech Republic and soon expand into more countries. We are currently seeking an experienced customer service manager to lead and grow their Prague based customer service team.

Personality requirements and skills

Requirements:

Good previous working experience as a customer service manager, leading multinational teams (we will also consider applications from experienced senior supervisors/senior team leaders)
You will be able to work with minimum supervision and manage your team independantly
You will be able to work logically and in a well organised manner
Experience of successfully leading expansion/process improvement projects and working as part of a project team
Must be comfortable working in a small but fast growing office environment which genunely tries to promote a good working atmosphere and a direct, energetic approach to work
Fluent English language skills
Ability to speak one or more of the following languages will be an advantage: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, German Czech
Starting date is negotiable but we are ideally looking for someone able to start work in Prague from mid June to Early July at the latest
