At DPE International, we've revolutionized the landscape as the leading general contractor of single-family houses in Poland, having successfully built hundreds of homes. Presently, we are seeking driven entrepreneurs eager to establish a highly profitable enterprise based on our franchise model in Slovakia.
The beauty of our franchise opportunity lies in its uniqueness – no prior construction expertise is necessary, and you won't need to directly hire construction labor. We provide you with a proven system that minimizes the complexities typically associated with starting a construction business.
We provide comprehensive support, including a proven business model, operational manuals, all necessary legal documentation, ongoing training and consultations, as well as a suite of marketing tools such as a website, protected brand, and advanced IT resources that enable you to expand your business and oversee construction sites efficiently.

In addition to personal qualities, you must meet several formal requirements without which, unfortunately, our collaboration will not be possible:
- You must possess a minimum capital of €150,000.
If you don't have these funds, you can either collaborate with a partner or seek investment to secure the necessary capital
- Your English proficiency is at communicative level
- You must be prepared for extensive training, which lasts up to 4 months, with a significant portion taking place at our headquarters in Poland
- You must be prepared to dedicate yourself full-time to managing the franchise
