Service Delivery Manager Mobile Payment & Messaging (f/m)

Your Duties and Responsibilities:
- Configuration and customization of technical systems
- Provision of technical accessibility support in mobile payment & messaging projects
- Advise and be the first point of contact for all technical questions of customers
- Evaluate and optimize mobile payment & messaging processes in cooperation with customers
- Provide the sales team with your technical know-how during the bidding phase
- Drive technical developments according to customer requirements and in close cooperation with IT & Development
- Monitor the market, analyze trends and coordinate with product management

Requirements for the employee

What We Require:
- Completed education or training in IT (computer science, computer engineering or industrial engineering)

- Knowledge of SQL Basics (Oracle Database) and scripting language skills (Bash, Perl) are of an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and professional etiquette
- Solution-oriented thinking and acting
- Service-oriented personality
- High level of commitment
- Working knowledge of English (both spoken and written), German is a plus
