Technical Product Manager

mypio.com is the state-of-the-art service, which allows users to easily get a second mobile phone number for calling and SMS without a need for an additional SIM. The number can be easily activated via our mobile app.

Currently, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager with technical background to join our growing development team in Bratislava. You will be responsible for planning the product roadmap, definition of the new features and research of the new ideas. Together with the head of development, you will be responsible to apply agile processes, such as SCRUM and Kanban, to achieve the desired business objectives and KPIs.

You will also act as a communication bridge between the product and marketing teams in Vienna and our development centre in Bratislava, reporting directly to the CTO based in Vienna.

- Define, document and communicate individual requirements in a form of backlog items
- Lead the sprint planning sessions and daily SCRUM meetings
- Align the development process with stakeholder needs (marketing, customer care, reporting, operations)
- Help to drive product decisions towards the company vision
- Work with the developers to track progress, identify and resolve issues, and look for ways to speed up the delivery
- Communicate the development progress to other teams and management
