Embedded Systems Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Embedded Systems Software Engineer to join our dynamic teams at DIGISENS Slovakia and DIGISENS Switzerland GmbH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded systems running on Linux, expertise in C programming, and a passion for developing innovative solutions. Implement new features in C on an existing embedded system and their configuration possibilities (SQLite3, PHP, Javascript). 

Modify existing C code to enhance functionality and performance​

Implement / modiffy protocols on CAN, serial and ethernet interfaces

​Collaborate with a team of three software engineers to design, develop, and test software solutions

Perform testing and debugging on real hardware to ensure system reliability and performance

​

​3-5 years of experience with embedded systems running on Linux​

​3-5 years of expertise in C programming for embedded systems

​Experience with Bash and Python scripting​

​Familiarity with SQLite3 databases

Basic electronic knowledge, including the ability to read and understand schematics​

​Experience with GIT for version control

Jira and Confluence knowledge is a plus
