Supply Chain Manager

Our client is a global renowned German manufacturing company, a leading supplier of wires, cables, wiring systems and related products for key industrial sectors such as electrical appliances, automotive, energy and healthcare. The company has plans for long-term growth and development in the Slovak Republic and is looking for an experienced and very motivated Supply Chain Manager, in order to support their operations.

In this position you will have the full responsibility for the following departments: purchasing, material disposition, planning, warehouses, shipping department logistics department. Among your accountabilities will be the inventory control, material costs and the on-time deliveries.

The ideal candidate has several years of experience as a Head of Supply Chain in a well known international production company. S/he must have worked in the different sections of supply chain (purchasing, material disposition, etc.) and possess the practical know-how of building and leading a similar department successfully.

Our client expects a relevant university education, as well as Slovakian and English language proficiency.
