Job description, responsibilities and duties
In this role you are responsible to connect new partners of european countries to our parcel network. You are the main contact for our partners for operational processes. It is your target to achieve a partner implementation in compliance to our standards.
• Self-responsible project leader for the operations area to connect new network partners and to implement process changes for the introduction of new product features
• Explanation of network standards
• Conduct gap analysis
• Support the partner during the planning and implementation phases
• Support to define requirements for partner systems supporting the operations process
• Support to develop optimisations and new solutions for the target processes
• Support at product management analysis
• Coordination between countries, headoffice and partners
• Monitor project progress and compliance to standards as well as to performance targets
• Initiate and review improvement actions
• Contribute to design harmonised operative process standards for the European network
• Contribute to develop network systems, i.e. performance measurement system
