Sales & Marketing Manager

This position is responsible for the vision, strategy, and tactical sales and marketing plans for our distributors in EU countries and overseas as well as the successful execution and implementation of those plans. In close and good cooperation with our customers, this individual will be the leader and product champion for all aspects of marketing and sales related to our business in these regions. The goal of this position is to improve amount of business with existing accounts as well as successfully introduce our products to gain greater share or penetrate new market opportunities.
This is a strategic commercial position that works directly with key customers to validate market and product direction and drives sales. The role also includes
- high level of management responsibility of Sales, Marketing and Sales
Operations Groups
- Establish, implement and undertake the responsibilities of marketing and sales
planning and coordination,
- Managing to sales, marketing and customer relations,
- Identifying customer needs and drive opportunities in line with company
strategies,
- Functioning as an active salesman which are responsible for maintaining
relations with key accounts and important stakeholders,
- Preparing sales budget, setting sales targets and organize marketing and sales
activities as well as leading trade activities,
- Establishing good combinations of sales and marketing plans with Route-to-
Market strategies in order to maximize the benefits for the company.

The position will be reporting to Sales Director of the company.

Please be reminded that this position is required to be working at our office in BRATISLAVA City Centre. Suitable candidates must be currently living in Bratislava region and able to get access to our office for working on daily basis. NO work from home option is offered.
