Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main responsibilities:
- Maintaining of office administrative and HR operations
- Reporting to Office Manager of the company
- Accommodating and serving to visitors of the office
- Receiving incoming communication via phone, mail, post etc. and classifying of
incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Supporting the organization of events both inside and outside of the office
- Maintaining office supplies
-Cooperating with service providers (logistics forwarders, courier services, mobile serivce etc.)
- Coordinating staff’s business travelling and other events
- Communication with clients
- Organization of business travels and meetings
- Assistance to the daily work of sales executive/ sales manager

Information about the selection process

Please be reminded that this position is required to be working at our office in BRATISLAVA City Centre. Suitable candidates must be currently living in Bratislava region and able to get access to our office for working on daily basis. NO work from home option is offered.

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)
