Job description, responsibilities and duties
A successful international company DFE Poland, is the largest electrical manufacturer in eastern Europe, due to expansion of markets is looking for an employee for the position of Regional Sales Manager in the Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia).
Requirements:
Higher Education.
Fluency in Lithuanian (native language) Russian, English (ideally also, Latvian, Estonian).
Knowledge of the electrical market is welcome. Understanding of general processes of functioning of wholesale market of the region is must have.
Experience in the field of active sales is not less than 2 years.
Readiness to business trips around the region. 80% of time is supposed to be in trips.
Personal qualities: communication skills, honesty, responsibility, and commitment.
Tasks: Quantitative coverage of the territory – working with existing client data base and its enlargement.
Quality coverage of the territory – trade assortment enlargement.
Weekly and monthly reports.
Gathering information about the competitive environment and products to expand the trade range.
