Role Overview:

As a Tech Lead, you'll spearhead innovative projects, leading our team to create cutting-edge solutions. Your role involves:

• Architecting scalable applications using JavaScript, Python, React, Django and similar.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Full control and responsibility of the entire tech stack and environment.

• Full responsibility for agreed platform uptimes and performances. 

• Distributing tasks to other developers, guiding them and keeping track of work progress.

• Hiring and interviewing new developers, mentoring junior developers for their growth.

• A big plus: Interest in AI technologies, BI platforms such as Power BI, QlikSense, Tableu.

• A big plus: Being able to conduct presentations to potential customers and supporting business people in pitches.

• Lack of knowledge in key areas can be replaced by a desire to develop and proven ability to learn quickly.
