about the position

As a member of the team Strategic and Operative Steering of Service-line Procure to Pay at DTShS/Deutsche Telekom Services Europe Slovakia you are supporting the steering and development of the Serviceline Procure-to-Pay with focus on international topics.

Job description, responsibilities and duties:
• Heading or supporting projects of high and medium complexity.
• Supporting international Business Development projects (Analysis, Business Case, Realization) in close collaboration with affected departments and international process management.
• Planning the development of the international scope of Service-line (Budget planning, Project planning, Workforce-Planning and Wokforce-forecast in collaboration with HR/Controlling)
• Monitoring of international projects and international workforce development
• Internal partner and point of contact for HR- and Controlling-related tasks and questions for PTP service-line
• Communication for Procure-to-Pay (Planning and organisation of internal employee information, management and administration of internal social media platform (You-and-me), Support of DTSE-Communication team with regard to customer communication for international business
• Supports PTP international head in event preparation, execution of events and supporting analysis needed

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business or equivalent appropriate additional qualification

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Microsoft Word - Advanced
SAP - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

• English language (advanced) is a must, German language is an advantage
• Professional competence in accounting and/or procurement, so that you have a solid understanding of the business of Procure-to-Pay
• Proven experience in business case calculation, organizational development and/or communication
• Experience as a project leader or project manager; experience in international projects is beneficial
• Well skilled in powerpoint
• Ideally experience with international shared services
• Previous experience in consultancy and / or in the finance area of an industrial/service providing company is beneficial.
• Ideally experience in (or willingness to learn) communication on social media platforms
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Flexibility to travel internationally
• Corporate attitude and strong service behaviour
• You find exciting to work interculturally and have an open mind
