Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Development and implementation of controls in Shared Service Center functions
- Standardization and automation of controls to increase efficiency and effectiveness in ICS
- Relationship management and close cooperation with Shared Service Center customers related to ICS-related processes and controls
- Support of transformation activities within Shared Service Center and its customers related to processes and internal controls (end to end)
- Coordination of ICS audits within Shared Service Center, i.e. with local and international auditors and the internal audit department
- Transformation support and design of ICS controls and processes in connection with the rollout of global template based on SAP technology in the Group
- Support of rollout project team with on-boarding of local entities
- Integration in international ICS projects with Group ICS anagement and central experts
- Support and development of ICS solutions with experts from decentralized business and IT
- Ensuring compliance of corporate policies and procedures in company
- Support development and implementation of new corporate policies, processes and procedures within company
- Identifying and assessing Compliance Risk within the company
- Reporting Compliance issues quarterly and annually

Requirements for the employee

Required education

University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Master university degree in technical or commercial field

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Expertise in the assessment and management of internal control systems and processes in either auditing or risk management
- Good knowledge of financial accounting and IFRS
- Intercultural experience
- Very good communication skills
- Good presentation und moderation skills
- Willingness to travel internationally (cca 20%)
- Strong team player, structured, reliable, pro-active, diplomatic, positive, consistent, persistent, effective and efficient


Brief description of the company

Processing of selected parts of accounting for the T-Systems and Deutsche Telekom (subsidiaries in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, UK, Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands, Hungary). Processing of selected tasks within procurement area for companies belonging to Deutsche Telekom group.
