Job description, responsibilities and duties

One.ERP Rollout Management ensures the international rollout of the One.ERP template within time and budget. This rollout is focused on the implementation of standardized, integrated and automated processes based on the SAP standard.

Your main tasks within the Rollout Support Team are:

Reporting activities:
• Consolidate, prepare and validate variety report on weekly bases
• Request and analyze status of streams in particular phase of the rollout
• Communicate and adopt approved changes in the rollout approach to the reporting
• Ensure technical maintenance of the reporting methodology through Excel files
• Maintain and update the international rollout plans

Budget activities:
• Prepare, consolidate and validate budget reporting in the entire rollout management
• Analyze and correct discrepancy in monthly budget reporting and accounting data
• Provide guidance and advice to rollout streams to achieve yearly/quarterly targets

Requirements for the employee

Required education

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

business / humanities

Personality requirements and skills

• Basic understanding of SAP technology in general or the technical skills and strong willingness to acquire the necessary knowledge in a short time
• 2 years previous working experience in a supporting role
• English – advanced
• Active user of MS-office and Excel advanced functions (filtering, pivot tables, logical and more advanced functions)
• Basic understanding of accounting and financials
• Resilient in stress situations
• Willingness to travel internationally


Brief description of the company

Processing of selected parts of accounting for the T-Systems and Deutsche Telekom (subsidiaries in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, UK, Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands, Hungary). Processing of selected tasks within procurement area for companies belonging to Deutsche Telekom group.
