One.ERP is a strategic business and IT transformation program within Deutsche Telekom AG. It creates an efficient and agile Enterprise Resource Planning System based on standardized data models, business processes and IT for the entire company. We are looking for quality manager, that will be Establishing, documenting and ensuring the One.ERP program’s quality procedures, standards and specifications.
Within your personal scope of duties, you will be responsible for the following issues:
• Document and implement the quality requirements, objectives, and measures in a QA plan
• Conduct regular reviews regarding measurable quality objectives and requirements for processes and products
• Conduct regular assessment of adherence to applicable standards and processes
• Conduct periodic management QA review meetings
• Define and Establish regular QA reporting
• Describe mission and scope of QA team
• Lead of the QA Team

Personality requirements and skills
Quality manager must have proven ability to lead a diverse team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels are essential. Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and management skills are needed.
• Minimum of 3-5 year experience in Quality management in an international company
• Current CQA or similar certification is required
• Project management experience of minimum 3 years
• English (fluent, C1), German is an advantage
• Readiness to travel is mandatory (up to 50%)
• MS office – advanced
