Information
about the position

As member of the international process management team of DTShS you are responsible for the implementation and management of cross-border PTP projects. In this regard, you will face the following interesting tasks and challenges.

• Analysis of processes and identification of optimization opportunities for the implementation of front end assistants
• Evaluation and realisation of process improvements to ensure cost reduction and increase of efficiency and/or quality
• Implementation and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Support of roll-in projects to integrate further accounting functions into the SSC
• Development of concepts as basis for the realisation of IT improvements
• Development of training material and conduction of in-house-trainings for staff
• Regular communication of project status with the heads of departments

from the candidate

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Economy/Accounting or Information Technology

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and German - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- Practical experience in the design and implementation of technical system improvements
- IT (programming) experience - advantage
- Project management certification (eg IPMA) – advantage
- Technical know-how on PTP issues and corresponding processes
