YOUR TASKS:
As a Manual Settings Coordinator you’ll be part of the system readiness team of One.ERP. You’re responsible that all required manual settings of different systems are processed in time and quality by different employees of Deutsche Telekom in different countries during the release development.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manual settings of special configurations of a SAP system, (i.e. a table with certain data required to steer a business process, workflow or send an alert)
• Entering data for each setting in a given time frame.
• Preparation of the system for a special purpose, i.e. for training or test.
• Ensuring that all required manual settings of different systems are processed in time and quality
• Communication with stakeholders inside and outside the program
• Managing escalations when necessary
• Suggesting incremental improvement of the overall process and respective tool
