• Meeting preparation (organizational - international participants) • Invite speakers, distribute presentations in advance
• Write the meeting minutes
• Maintenance of an Action Item List
• Create management presentations in PowerPoint
• Administer and support a team up to 15 employees within the project
• On- / Offboarding of external suppliers
• Handling of SharePoint access requests and regular user revision
• Create and update content in Deutsche Telekom’s own collaboration and communication platform
• Supporting the creation of status reports
• Supporting the request and validation of monthly time reports
• Maintenance of the project’s functional mailbox

• Analytical and structured thinking
• Professional experience in the international environment is desirable
• German language skills are an advantage
• First experience with project management or collaboration within an project is an advantage
