Information
about the position

• Roll Out of the General Ledger Processes (GL-Template covering inventory-, intercompany-, payroll and travel expense-, bank-, payment accounting and standard general ledger closing preparation processes)
• Support the execution of Assessments and Fit Gap-Process Analysis
• Run driver based process analysis at all relevant project phases.
• Be part of roll-in projects to integrate further accounting functions into the SSC
• Support the development of training material and conduction of in-house-trainings for staff.
• Status reporting of your projects in front of the Central Finance side.
• Regular communication of project status to your central counterparts.
• Set up project- and communication structures.

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Greek - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• University degree or equivalent vocational qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the area of financial accounting
• Good knowledge of SAP Finance and Accounting Modules, SAP ERP and F&A processes.
• Project-management skills
• Strong team player
• Experienced in working or running international projects especially in Greece or Romania as advantage
• Flexibility to travel internationally
• Experience in the implementation of template approaches and the assessment of technical and IT impact
• Fluent in spoken and written English , Greek as native language
• Excellent communication-, presentation- and moderation skills
• Excellent MS Office skills (Power Point, Excel)
