about the position

Provides Procurement-related services with a focus on administration within Global operation procurement organization:

• Takes on and performs tasks in the area of global operation procurement
• Checks incoming requisitions in accordance with defined procurement channels (defined clip levels, category strategy, availability of General Frame Agreement and defined responsibilities)
• Performs monitoring /quality assurance of requisitions / trouble shooting with requisitioners
• Ensures that all relevant approvals for the order have been granted and perform procurement approval
• Performs order processing in accordance with defined signature rules
• Ensures relevant structure and classification of purchase orders
• Tracks order acceptance, expected delivery date and check delivery of goods / services
• Supports invoice resolution concerning conditions / price
• Performs contract claim management (1st level claim management
• Works with internal IT systems and applications
• Overview and reporting preparation related to performed tasks based on requests
• Proper communication with internal customers, suppliers and other
• ITIL based process execution
