Job description, responsibilities and duties

Job description:
  • Designing, developing, configuring and operating security systems such as (but not limited to) Authentication, Authorization and Accounting systems (e.g. Radius), IDM systems, Directory Services systems (LDAP), Single Sign On systems (e.g.Kerberos), workflow management systems and Privilege Access Management systems (PAM), databases, key-value stores, etc.
  • Understanding and enforcing advanced authentication and authorization concepts (OID, OAuth, SAML, OTP, X.509 Mutual Auth)
  • Understanding access controls models (RBAC, RqBAC, etc.)
  • Understanding automation and orchestration requirements, virtualization technologies, cloud technologies (e.g. Openstack, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
  • Scripting and programming automated instantiation, configuration and operation by means of REST APIs, and continuous configuration tools e.g. Ansible.
  • Understanding and deploying modern monitoring concepts in distributed environment
  • Applying modern Back-UP and disaster recovery practices, which work at scale and support automation (CI/CD cycles)
  •  What you will do:Champion security with development teams to make their code more secure, primarily through manual code/architecture review
  • Design, build, and operate innovative tools and security systems to enhance our security (e.g.AAA solutions, IDM solutions, PKI and crypto solutions, Big Data and security monitoring systems)
  • Be the first response and remediation for security-related incidents and participate in on-call rotation
  • Consult, evangelize, and teach theoretical and practical security to groups of varying sizes, disciplines, and experience levels
  • Continually improve your technical and collaboration skills
  • Engage and participate in the security community
  •  Who you are:You have worked in a software engineering or security role
  • You have experience in defending against attacks in several areas of security
  • You are knowledgeable in mobile, web security, or authentication schemas (a plus but not required)
  • You understand security in distributed systems at scale
  • You understand operating systems (Linux) and virtualization technology
  • You know how to code in at least one programming language
  • You have ability to read and break code in languages including Python, Java, C/C++ and PHP

  •  Education:University/Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other technical related field
  •  Professional knowledge, skills, know-how in the field & experience in the field:At least 5 years of experience in the area of network security, application security, cryptography or other related field
  • Experience and knowledge with analysis of internal and external threats and solving security incidents  
  • Strong understanding of business applications, infrastructure, application and security appliance functionality using strong security practice
  •  Language skills:English language – fluent (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
