Job description:
  • Manages portfolio of projects that make up Pan-Net planning
  • Defines program management office methodology and rules
  • Manages long- and short- term demand reflecting business and technology constraints and maximizing the business value
  • Gathers inputs/demand from all involved stakeholders to create and update the portfolio plans and puts them together into a coherent whole
  • Develops methodology and manages the process of project prioritization per accepted criteria and available information, their approval and initiation
  • Prepares rules for and manages change process that affects the overall project plans
  • Develops, measures and reports performance and achievement of projects, programs, long/term goals and strategic initiatives
  • Responsible for gathering and documenting all project results and then reporting and/or presenting them to stakeholders
  • Assures timely and relevant communication with stakeholders and provides clear view on all aspects of plans

KPIs / Key deliverables:
  • Responsible for reliable, integrated roadmap for the implementation and launch of Pan-Net services aligned the Pan-IP and Pan-Net projects and internal activities and with the NatCos roadmaps as well as group commercial requirements
  • Identify and manage dependencies between projects, Pan-Net service delivery roadmap, Natcos roadmaps and the group commercial roadmap, reflecting shifts in projects, demands and any other relevant project components
  • Defining and enforcing program management office methodology to manage overall program and its projects; defining related quality reports
  • Determination of a viable project mix that meets the target of the organization
  •  Education:University degree – Master in telecommunications, economics or related fields
  •  Professional knowledge, skills, know-how in the field & experience in the field:More than 7 years of experience in field of activity
  • Strong previous experience in project management office/portfolio management
  • Strong previous experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of program management methodology(ies)
  • Risk management experience
  • Good understanding of Telco industry strategic developments and trends
  •  Language skills:English language - fluent (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
  •  Interpersonal, communication skills:Proven influencer and communicator with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability for critical thinking
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Outstanding human relation skills, ability to work within a team
  • Coordination skills and excellent organizational skills
