Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
*Provides value-added services, like e.g. Application Orchestration, maintained operating sytems, DBaaS, DNSaaS, etc.
*Accountable for the set-up, management, support and termination of the tool / platform-service
*Incident-(2nd level) problem-, change- and license management
*DevOps Tools integration (Jenkins, Git, Gerrit, etc)
*System Admin of the respective tool / platform-service
*Accountable for integration of tool / platform-service
*Accountable for acceptance of tool / platform-service
*Close interaction with other Sub-roles of the platform (e.g. SLA, architecture)
*KPI-Definition and monitoring of related tool / platform-service
*Responsible for planning, implementation, development and testing of HW/ SW components of the cloud patform
*Responsible for communication with 3rd parties/vendors during tendering process or during definition of cloud platform requirements.
*Preparing and adapting of PaaS service catalogue, templates and application models
*Monitoring/tracking performance of systems, dimensioning, and capacity plan-ning with respect to future needs
*Responsible for preparation and administration of the techn. documentation
