Job description, responsibilities and duties

*Create and implement Pan-Net procurement Guidelines according to DTAG group
processes and guidelines, and ensure correct implementation of compli-ancy guidelines within procurement area
*Supplier management
*Create and implement Pan-Net procurement Guidelines according to DTAG group processes and guidelines, and ensure correct implementation of compliancy guidelines within procurement area
*Support allocation of the Procurement budget and creation of the Procurement plan
*Supports negotiations with suppliers
*Interface to BuyIn, DT SHSc, NatCos, Project members, Technology functions within Pan- Net and DT Group
*Ensure coordination of procurement projects based on project needs and decisions
*Controlling of procurement projects in line with Budgets and Forecasts
*Coordinate Budget approval process in cooperation with Finance Expert
*Monitor E2E process of procurement events and actively resolve possible issues in the process flow
*Further develop procurement process to fit to needs of rapidly growing enterprise
*Perform reporting for internal use, DT and for Pan-Net customers
