From 1 600 EUR/monthFinal salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits.

Manages (Controls, Validates, Creates, Plans, Coordinates, Process) customer orders to deliver them in the specific time, quality, costs & KPI. Manages more complex orders that are steered by project management. Develops solutions for non-standard services or requests. Provides consultancy for non-standard solutions, in order to identify the special measures required for the execution of the given order. Creates final price calculations for technical solutions.

What will you do?

  • Act as an order entry gate for the customer
  • Processes/creates orders for customers in specific tools to deliver customer requests.
  • Receives and validates customer requests in tools and collect all necessary information, documentation to complete the order. Reviews the background documentation and transfer prices, taking into account any detail, guarantee or quality standard that may affect the price.
  • Manages approvals and order specification in pre-order phase.
  • Plans orders commercially in specific tools – assigns cost allocation to implementer’s teams.
  • Plans orders technically in specific tools – assigns active tasks to implementer’s teams and releases order into production.
  • Provides support to implementer’s teams to deliver customer requests in time and quality.

You will succeed if you:

  • Have ICT Delivery Service Management experience for at least 2 years.
  • Have IT needed skills like: general IT overview, DTAG portfolio overview, MS Office on advanced level
  • Have basic customer orientation
  • Have communication and negotiation skills
  • Are good at time management, problem solving, result orientation and presentation skills
  • Have finance and billing overview
  • Speak German  on Upper - Intermediate (B2) level and speak English (viewed as advantage)
