Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Time and attendance data accuracy check,
Time and attendance administrator,
Training records,
Preparation of labour law documents,
Ordering and distributing meal vouchers and pay slips with cooperation of Payroll
department,
Responsible for recruitment and selection of candidates,
Responsible for Induction trainnings of newcomers,
Responsible for process of adaptation,
Takes active part in supporting performance, motivational and exit interviews,
disciplinary interviews etc…,
Takes active part in supporting employees returning from maternity leave
(communication and management),
Cooperates on implementation of internal rules and procedures,
Reporting (in line with reporting rules and guidelines),
Cooperates on documentation of health injuries,
Checks and pre-approves suppliers invoices (agencies, transportation, catering,
health provider, employee insurances),
Handles communication with agencies,
Communication with providers of catering and transportation services,
Communicates with external institutions (Labour inspection, Labor office (UPSVaR)),
Communicates with health service providers (Sante report), manages organization of
employee health checks in line with valid regulations,
Training organization (required by law),
Training organization (development activities organized in line with training plan),
Carries out trainings for line managers,
People processes agenda,
Responsibility for related documentation of Quality management systems,
Follow procedures related to this positions, guidelines and directions of the employer,
Prepare and hand over required for his/her site on time,
Represent DHL on the professional base in complience with the positive image of the
company.

Main requirements:
Educated to high-school degree,
Minimum 2-3 year of relevant experience in commercial procurement environment ,
English language – fluent,
Knowledge of computer skills ( MS Outlook, Word, Excel) – advanced,
Comunications skills (written and spoken),
Customer orientation,
Presentation skills,
Knowledge of SAP HR is an advantage.
