Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Support the implementation of OMS (OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) on site
• Support the Site Management Team to establish and maintain the Organisation,
• Review the identified KPI - ensure changes are resulting in an updated KPI tree,
• Support the development and maintenance of the Management Review Process; ensure the reporting input for the Management Review Process,
• Identify the standard work for all leaders on site and develop the Time and Data Managment.
Coach the leaders to follow principles of OMS
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management,
• Work together with the Resource Planning,
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Job Standardisation,
• Support the development and maintenance of Work Instructions,
• Develop the Excellence School in all dimensions following defined standards and defined training - infrastructure / trainer team / training content / training program.
Train (and retrain) the site leaders and multipliers in their role in the Excellence School and "how to instruct":
• Train, coach and follow up the site leaders in the applicable format for performance reviews for teams and individuals,
• Develop together with the site leaders the content and schedule for Gemba walk,
• Support Continuous Improvement,
• Train all site leaders on problem solving in the Excellence School training program, maintain the knowledge,
• Encourage and coach the site leaders to continuously improve their processes,
• Support the development of a Recognition Program and maintain the program (including extensive communication).

Personality requirements and skills
• English language – intermediate,
• 3 years of experience working within supply chain operations – essential,
• Experience in Performance Management, productivity and continuous improvement methodologies – highly desirable,
• Experience in a manufacturing/operational environment - highly desirable,
• Dynamic and goal orientated personality; enabling site teams to work accordingly to the plan,
• Ability to influence without formal authority,
• The role holder must act self initiative but understand the role as an integrated team role.
