• Support the implementation of the 4 OMS principles and 12 OMS elements and maintain the OMS,
• Support the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organisation that Delivers,
• Maintain the identified KPI tree - ensure changes are resulting in an updated KPI tree,
• Support the development and maintenance of the Management Review Process and ensure the reporting input for the MRP,
• Identify together with the Site Leadershop the R&R for each leadership role,
• Ensure the R&R are aligned and approved by the Site Mnger - support the maintenance,
• Identify the standard work for all leaders on site and develop the TDM - support the maintenance,
• Coach the leaders to follow the TDM - ensure a discipline usage
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management,
• Work together with the Resource Planning and Performance Mngt Experts (engineers) to implement and set up the use and maintenance,
• Ensure Performance Management training is included and maintained in the Excellence School librairy and program,
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Job Standardisation,
• Support the development and maintenance of Work Instructions & ensure a good alignment with SHQ,
• Develop the Excellence School in all 4 dimensions following defined standards and defined training - infrastructure / trainer team / training content / training program,
• Train (and retrain) the site leaders and multipliers in their role in the Excellence School and "how to instruct",
• Train, coach and follow up the site leaders in the applicable format for performance reviews for teams and individuals,
• Develop together with the site leaders the content and schedule for Gemba Confirmation, train, coach and maintain,
• Support Continuous Improvement
• Train all site leaders on problem solving in the Excellence School training program, maintain the knowledge,
• Encourage and coach the site leaders to continuously improve their processes,
• Support the development of a Recognition Program and maintain the program (including extensive communication).
