Job description, responsibilities and duties

HR Business Partner is responsible for delivery of HR operation and service delivery at local level across all business areas. Work in collaboration with other HRBPs at operational and head office level to ensure a consistent approach is delivered in all areas and in line with the country and wider HR strategy and tactics. Coaching relevant key stakeholders in line with HR principles. Delivering excellent customer service, both internally and externally. Responsible for the building and maintaining strong and harmonious relationships with all key stakeholders.

Responsible for identifying key talent through the talent management agenda whilst developing and delivering an effective L & D plan for the division in line with the corporate and country requirements for all employees.
Effectively manage and develop the HR team seeking to actively grow the team's skills and experiences to ensure a value added HR service is available to support the business needs at all times. Coach, train and improve skill levels within the team for succession planning and career progression.
Work with key stakeholders as and when necessary to support business growth and change management requirements in line with the business needs.
Manage local resourcing processes in line with People Processes ensuring a transparent, fair and consistent process is executed at all times.
Work in conjunction with central HR for the effective delivery of key areas of HR principles locally at site level.
Implementation and execution of HR strategy and tactics at site level.
Performance management.
Compliance of all local legislative requirements.

Ensures corresponding company services in the HR area. Provides consulting regarding organizational changes by securing the process of changes and actively contributing to the process of changes,
Supporting the Company Executive in the planning and sourcing of resources, preparation of recruitment plans based on the needs of the company,
Maintaining organizational structure,
Securing the approval process of open positions (direct and indirect open positions),
Responsible for advertising in line with the head office requirements
supporting the selection process of candidates by providing recruitment expertise to decision making Leaders selecting suitable candidate,
Ensuring legal requirements,
Ensuring compliance with DHL standards when hiring new employee (Personnel Department, Quality Department, H&S) employee,
Preparation of yearly overview of the salary disbursement (regarding the work performance),
Implementation of bonus disbursement, where it's relevant,
Securing the process of salary approval,
Follow the process of benefits provision according to the country parameters and local agreement where necessary,
Accurate 'right first time' approach to reporting both for local site level and head office requirements,
Talent management,
Identify skills and ability gaps in the company,
Budget preparation for agency employees,
Budget preparation for trainings,
Responsible for management of HR team on site,
Provide support and development opportunities to HR team members,
Succession planning and development plans in line with corporate processes, identifying own Successor,
