Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Processing monthly financial closing
- Prepare drafts of financial plans (budget, forecast, latest estimate) and present to Financial Manager
- Prepare weekly financial reports for Management
- Analyze differences from financial plans and provide comments
- Prepare one off financial analysis, present results and propose possible solutions
- Responsible for accurate and on-time invoicing to Customers
- Group reporting (CREST)
- Support for DMS users
- Management of account receivables
- Reserve reconciliation
- Ensuring that the existing financial policies and rules are met

- Minimum 1-2 years experience on position financial controller, finance analyst or similar
- Advanced English - written and spoken, German is an advantage
- Knowledge of computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) on advanced level with focus on MS Excel
- SAP knowledge - desirable
- Knowledge of accounting, taxes and corporate finance
- Accuracy, reliability, independence, flexibility
- Communication skills
