Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Administration of customer’s orders – check and evidence of orders received from DHL operations, communication with approver on customer side and preparation of attachments (based on customer’s requirements) needed for invoices issued
- Car production reporting – data mining in customer’s system, reporting of cars production and preparation of attachments needed for invoicing process
- Collection, validation and analyzing of various operations data needed for decision making and invoicing
- Collection and validation of operations data needed for finance closing process with focus on accuracy and on time delivery to finance team
- Scanning of documents
- Close cooperation with financial controlling
