Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

 Management of customer relationships (main customer contact),
 Manage escalations and solving of any structural issues,
 Account management,
 Identify, evaluate and investigate reoccurring service issues to enable corrective actions and continuous improvement,
 Provide ongoing improvement to existing service levels leading to cost saving and higher efficiency,
 Managing all operational SOP in accordance to contract and budget,
 Managing daily physical operation,
 Implementation, maintaining and improvement of contractual agreements,
 Business reviews, annual price indexations, participating on contract renewals,
 Regular meeting with customers,
 Drive operational efficiency and quality,
 Ensure consistent service level with compliance to customer and internal KPI,
 Discuss future business opportunities with the customers targeting a cost reduction and enabling further expansion for the customers and DHL,
 Business Development,
 Lead customer and DHL projects, supporting implementations of Business projects,
 Responsible for professional management of customer requirements by phone, in writing or personal meeting,
 Responsible for the provision of information in accurate and timely manner according to customer needs and within the contract requirement,
 Leads the team in the implementation of WMS / SOP / SWOW,
 Ensure that internal processes are followed, inclucding processes according to H&S, propose new improvements.

 Knowledge of computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio) – advanced,
 Communication in foreign language,
 Cost management (budgets and reviews),
 Solving problems and complaints,
 Customer service / negotiation skills,
 Project Management and People Managment knowledge,
 Direct contact with the customer (meetings, written, phone),
 Driving licence B.
