Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Provide financial guidance and direction to the company and assist in the development and implementation of corporate strategies.
• Manage financial and other assets of the company.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and related schedules in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and in support of corporate reporting needs.
• Manage and oversee the financial audits (internal and external audits).
• Manage the financial planning and analysis process in support of the company’s business requirements including the annual budget and forecasts.
• Support the company’s business development by providing financial expertise and analysis.
• Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing and auditing procedures.
• Provide the necessary level of financial control of the company’s activities.
• Oversee cash management and treasury functions.
• Ensuring compliance with mandated reporting requirements including those mandated by contract or by governmental entity.
• Providing timely and accurate reporting and analysis in support of company strategic and business efforts.
• Develop and coach the controlling and finance team of 3 people.
• Drive and promote a culture of continuous improvement, proactively identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement.

• Accounting background, with currently strong focus on Controlling,
• Controlling or Finance experience in logistics or custormer service environment would be advatage,
• Excellent knowledge of IT applications and MS Office (SAP experience is an advantage),
• Strong business-focused mindset,
• Analytical minded and able to work with large amounts of data,
• Customer orientation,
• Cross border thinking,
• Fluent English (spoken and written) on advanced level,
• Management skills,
• Shaping direction,
• Stress-resistance,
• Team player and good communication skills,
