Job description, responsibilities and duties

In your function of Desktop Support Engineer, you play a hands-on role to support the technical delivery of both customer and internal projects in cooperation with your colleagues and other IT specialists, based on technologies such as Microsoft, Citrix and Virtualization techniques.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• You provide desktop support to the Descartes employees.
• You provide first line support on the solutions implemented.
• You provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to all parties.
• You will assure the quality of the deliverables.
