Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a member of the Descartes Service team, you will be working in a dynamic environment providig support to our customers in a 24x7 environment.
The Service Desk Analyst will be the first and single point of contact towards our customers. He/she will handle and follow up on the requests or issues of both our internal and external customers, and will keep customers informed of delays or early fulfillments.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure proper call ticket routing to internal support teams
• Proactive application monitoring
• Provide timely feedback to external and internal customers via phone, e-mail or other forms of communication

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Stong organizational skills, ability to multi -task
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Previous help desk experience would be an asset
• Ability to work under pressure to meet the demands of our customers
• Experience with SAP CRM and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a plus
